At RT-TCZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your RT-TCZ account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
